  8. This is a legal agreement between you and HexMac International LTD, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany.

  10.  BEFORE YOU START TESTING HexWeb XT, CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY STARTING THE PROGRAM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ARE BECOMING A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT,  DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

  13. THE HEXMAC LICENSE AGREEMENT grants to you a temporary, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license to use this demoversion of HexWeb XT and HexWeb Index (the "Software"), in binary executable form for evaluation and trial  purposes only. BY ACCEPTING THE LICENSE YOU ARE ONLY LICENSED TO EVALUATE THE SOFTWARE PERSONALLY AND TO DOWNLOAD AND SAVE IT ON YOUR OWN PERSONAL COMPUTER. THE ADAPTION, THE REPLICATION OR THE ASSIGNMENT IS NOT ALLOWED.

HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL  MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THIS SOFTWARE OR ABOUT ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION MADE ACCESSIBLE BY THE SOFTWARE, FOR ANY PURPOSE. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

  18. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED  FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY . HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL  SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY OR FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY USER OF THE SOFTWARE. 
  19. HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL  SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO ISSUE ANY UPDATES OR MANUALS TO THE SOFTWARE OR TO SUPPORT THIS SOFTWARE.

  21. All content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright law. This License gives you no rights to such content.

  23. While HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL  distributes a commercial release of the Software, HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL  reserves the right at any time not to release a commercial release of the Software or, if released, to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the commercial release.

The software is owned by HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL or its suppliers. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain in HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL  and/or its suppliers. You agree to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable laws of the Federal Rebuplic of Germany. You acknowledge that the Software in source code form remains a confidential trade secret of HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL  and/or its suppliers. You may not modify, attempt to decipher, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.

  27. HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL  may terminate this License at any time by delivering notice to you and you may terminate this License at any time by destroying or erasing your copy of the Software. Upon termination of this License, or in any event within thirty (30) days following HEXMAC INTERNATIONALs  release of a commercial version of the Software, you agree to destroy or erase the Software. In the event of termination, the sections 2. to 7. of this License will survive. This License sets forth the entire agreement between you and HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL.

  29. This License shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL  reserves the right to invoke the local laws of such country or territory where its intellectual property rights are being infringed or where it has to seek legal property. 
  30. The venue of any such dispute shall be Stuttgart, Germany. HEXMAC INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to bring any legal dispute before the competent courts of the country or territory, where an act of infringement has occured or where a judgement or court decision needs to be served or inforced. 
  31. If any provision of this License is unenforceable, invalid, or violates applicable law, such provision shall be deemed stricken and shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision of this License. 
  32. No change, modification, addition, or amendment to this License shall be valid unless in writing.

  34. HexWeb, HexBase, and OpenWeb are Trademarks of HexMac International LTD.
